SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Cost We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at support@mydinokids.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MyDinoKids is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
